Designed to go at your own pace for any fitness level so that beginners & advanced members alike can train within the scope of your own ability level to achieve maximum results. 

Kick IT

Kick IT is another one of our signature HIIT Classes that mixes authentic striking & combinations that draw influence  from both Muay Thai & American Styles of Kickboxing. Using punches, kicks, elbows & knee strikes on a heavy bag combined with body weight resistance training, as well as core & cardiovascular conditioning, this class is aimed to really burn max calories, melt fat, sculpt muscle and enhance functional performance. Designed to go at your own pace so that beginners & advanced members alike can train within the scope of your own ability level to achieve maximum results. 

Mix IT

Mix IT offers a technical, authentic blend of Boxing, Kickboxing & MMA Style striking in a circuit format using punches, kicks, elbows, knees and ground & pound tactics on our heavy bags, specialty bags, grappling dummies & target mitts. Fitness training with real purpose is the theme as you melt fat, burn max calories, build lean muscle and enhance your functional performance. Designed to go at your own pace, people of all fitness levels can enjoy training within the scope of your own ability levels to achieve maximum results. 

Burn IT & Build IT

Build IT & Burn IT is the theme of this Metabolic Strength Training Class that is directly aimed to give you that much needed metabolic boost. Using a variety of strength training principles that include both body weight & loaded patterns, this class will enable you to burn more calories during your day, melting fat, building lean muscle, aiding in injury prevention and making you the most functionally powerful, fit version of yourself. Designed for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced to go at your own pace and train within the scope of your own ability & strength levels.

Work IT

Work IT offers a unique blend of Circuit Style HIIT training that provides both style & balance using authentic boxing, cardio, core conditioning and loaded pattern strength training to further enhance functional power, build and sculpt muscles from head to toe, while melting fat and burning max calories.
